As the designer and strategist, it is my responsibility to assist with the brand strategy and creation process, however, execution is entirely up to the client. Therefore, results are not guaranteed.
Platinum Brand Experience is for all good-hearted boutiques and small businesses, whereas Brand and Soul Makeover utilizes specific branding strategies that are geared towards online coaches and service-based businesses.
In terms of payment, you will have the option to choose the following payment plans:
a. 50% upfront, 50% upon project completion
b. 3 month payment plan
c. 4 month payment plan
The initial deposit is non-refundable, as it serves as a way to secure a spot in the queue. I only allot a certain amount of bookings within a month, and as a result, I would have to turn clients away for your time slot. The deposit also ensures that you are serious about this partnership!
Our collaborative, high-touch process includes a supportive mixture of both written communication and one-on-one calls. We typically share our work in a pre-recorded presentation format, then set up a follow-up call to go over everything with you and discuss any desired refinements.
